Last nights meeting
Looks like a great location. Will it be inside, outside, or both?

Congratulations for putting in a HUGE effort to make this a go! I for one (and JulieToo) really appreciate the labor intensive (mentally & physically) effort that goes into each and every event that MOCSEM puts on. Without that most of us could never get great parking for major cruises, along with food, music, raffles. Alot more goes on behind the scenes to prepare and make it happen. There were several locations mentioned by different people, and any of them would have been great, but this deal was nailed down, and I am really looking forward to helping out anyway we can. Great effort all!
As a member I think the transformation of the new board members is going seamlessly. I personally like the improvements, present and future. Now let's get ready to cruise!!

Thanks everyone for your support! It means a ton! Yes we have been scouting locations and been wheeling and dealing with some! Rock Financial Showplace came through and should prove to be amazing for our show! We are for sure on the "Big Stage" now! This venue will also allow us to host a NATIONAL (which may be in the near future) and that would be an Indoor show! Our annual show will still be outside Jim & Jack (can't remember who asked that...lol). There will be mention of the switch either in the march or april newsletter. and should be on the site soon. I wish I could post the sheet we passed out to everyone who was at the meeting, so those who didn't see it can! If you would like a copy of it, just email me at aces16@aol.com and I will email you a copy! It may let you see all the benefits! I was quite nervous as I have never gave an hour long presentation in front of 100 people before, but we did it and had like a 98% approval at the end. So I guess homework really does pay off. We had a couple hecklers...but no one to worry about...lol after we responded they got quiet!
one even mentioned a question in the area of "What if the spectators tents that they bring in fall over and hit a car"??? can anyone tell me if they have ever seen a spectator walk into a car show with a 10x10 tent under there arm to prop up when they need a break? lmao.... I guess they just ran out of arguments! anyways show date is Sunday August 9th, 2009. Please mark it on your calendars! Also our swap meet at Village ford is on March 21st! Thanks again everyone for all the support, it is really the only thing that keeps some of us going!

) and need yours and Julies expertise for the install
(bought Autometer cobalt and dual aeroforce interceptor gauges, mechanical boost, electric fuel pressure, and water temp).
