Subscribing to the thread. Never been to the track, so might be interested in joining or maybe just watching the first time. It'll also depend on if I can make a trip to the west side that weekend. I travel that way fairly often, since I grew up over there, but I've also got a lot going on the next couple weeks.

We're still a few short for this and I think only 10 have actually paid. If we can get within a few I'm willing to front the cash to get the date reserved. We can continue recruiting participants right up to the day and the more we get the cheaper it gets. I was talking at the Telegraph cruise to a guy who did test and tune at Milan and he got 3 runs. If we could get 30 cars it'll only cost $50 each and we'll get as many runs as we want and won't have to be waiting in line the entire time.

If you think 131 is far or expensive, April looked into several tracks within a couple hour drive and this was the best combination of cost and availability. Milan would be almost double for a weekday!

 

Now -US131 backed out of our rental agreement-because they didn't want to work on a Sunday.
They told April today the price would double for our date.

She is now looking at ubly dragway-info to follow-stay tuned

We will be attending a regular "Test and Tune" day at Ubly dragway, but have been assured by the track manager that we will have a chance to get some "exclusive" MOCSEM time on the track. Cost is $40 per car and $5 for spectators to be paid at the track.

Note: If you already paid for the previously scheduled track day, your money will be returned to you.
