Hi guys I have a 92 5.0 and I plan on swapping the old block for a 306 crate block from ford racing. I know this is gonna to be costly and very time consuming but I was wondering if there were any modifications I would have to make in order for this new block to it? And if you guys would recommend this swap? Thank you

 

It's based from a 302 block so no mods as far as fitting it in there.
I'd go 331 from aftermarket companies or 347.
It'll be cheaper and more rewarding... Use the money saved towards a set of AFR or Trickflow heads.
FRPP doesn't make heads that flow with a damn.

Swapping of engine is not appreciated, however if you are desiring for any kind of swapping, it is very much in your favor to seek the advice from perfect mechanic. They are the one who are much aware of the pricing as well as technicalities associated with them.
