Cobra swap.

I'm new to the forum and have a question about an engine swap, any info would be great. I have a 1991 gt with 170k and I was thinking about swapping it out for a 1993 cobra engine. Can I do this easily? Do I need a 1993 cobra computer? Thanks in advance.
