Default Windsor build

I am looking for advise and help with my build. I'm wanting to make 600 rwhp on a 351w with no nitrous or turbo but with future hope of adding a turbo. My first question is, is this achievable? And how do I get there.

600hp without a turbo and then add a turbo?

0) Dart Sportsman block - it has five 4-bolt main caps. Be aware that you have to also buy an appropriate oil pan that will clear the front and rear main caps.

1) A solid roller cam (8k RPM), shaft-mounted rockers, and the largest diameter pushrods you can fit in the heads.

2) Forged rotating assembly (probably don't want to go higher than static 10.5:1 compression)

2) AFR 220's heads. These come with a variety of chamber sizes, and you'll have to make sure you put the correct springs in them (they come pre-assembled for hydraulic lifters, but you can reconfigure them when you order from AFR).

3) Fuel injection will give you the best power (without a turbo), but all FI setups have limits as to how much HP they can support. Make sure you get the right system (and the best ones are generally BIG bucks). It would be MUCH cheaper to go carbureted, with or without a turbo.

4) Run E85 instead of gasoline.

5) You're probably going to have to run custom headers to get the primary size you need. Nothing smaller than 1-3/4 primarys and 3-inch collectors, and run 3-inch pipe all the way back.

6) Keep in mind that most/all OEM transmissions will fold like a cheap suit under the torque you'll be making, and you'll probably twist the axle tubes right off your rear end. Making as much power as you're gonna be making requires that you upgrade the ENTIRE drive line.

7) Don't cheap out.
