Default Full drive train swap

Got a question for you Stang gurus. I got a 98 Mustang V6 5 speed with nearly 500k miles on it. I've owned it since 03 and have driven the snot out of it. Anyways it's getting pretty tired of course andcwas going to do a motor swap. In the process of finding a donor car, I found an 04 Mach 1 that had a pretty hard hit in the rear. Can I take that k member and put in the SN95 without issue then continue to change motor/trans with wiring?

It's all the same platform, so of course it's all interchangeable.
