I want to swap my 95 gts 5.0 engine for a 94/95 engine from a cobra, what do I need to change such as the ecu, wiring, etc

 

ECU is a good idea because being a Cobra, it's tuned differently.

 

Unless your engine is blown or something, it's a lot easier to just swap on the parts from a cobra.....and if you're going through that effort I'd recommend some of the better aftermarket heads/cams/intakes out there. The bottom end of a cobra engine is the same a ho engine
