There are all the car rentals placed in baltimore... I don't know how this thread fits into mustang news, concepts, and rumors and discussions... but I will help. Other than that there are these cars called zip cars which you should also look into... There will be a lot of taxi's around there also.

 

Maybe he wants to rent a stang from Hertz?
