Good for Jim Farley! I only wish he hadn't apologized to GM!

Nothing wrong with being a little high spirited every now and again....

People have gotten so complacent nowadays.

X2 its good to see some people are not afraid to say how they truly feel. This hush hush pansy mentality has not done well.

Default HMMM...

I don't think it shows a lack of class, it's along the lines of tact in my opinion. Should he lose his job? Hell no! It's good to see the fire in ones' passion. Nor would an apology be warranted. If GM was SOOO offended by a statement, they should nut up or shut up.

Very imature for a top Exec. to say. There are much more subtler ways to say the same thing. Oh idk, like out selling GM, offer 100k 7yr warranty btb, stuff like that. As far as hating GM, I think that's a good thing because competition is good for every body. Is he saying he's feeling the heat???

I dunno....

He sounds like the kind of guy I'd like working at the company building one of my cars.

I like passion, and this guy has it in spades.

There's a difference between passion and avoidable public crudeness.

Political correctness would ultimately remove all emotion from all communication. That's different from either of the above.
