No, I don't feel like the cop was wrong for doing what he did because it was a method that he learned in the academy i'm sure, however, I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THAT LADY OUT OF THERE MYSELF. There were two men and one woman. Once again, I MYSELF am keen enough to be able to spot knives or guns. His method was just one that he chose. The female should not have been acting difficult. But I still say this. All the people that are like "That's what she gets" and all that stuff may have their day with the cops. Most of us with stangs street race. Maybe one day you'll get caught doing 100 in a 45 or something, get pulled over by a pissed off cop and get treated excessive. Then you won't think things are so funny when the shoes are on the other foot. Cops are humans too. They can get pissed. They can over react. When I saw that woman, I laughed because I was thinking "They had to Taser her?" She looked like a real threat to me[sm=smiley24.gif]. I could see if he was trying to arrest an angry Mike Tyson or something.

Well I agree in the fact that the two guys could have gotten her out of the car without the tazer. But, then someone may have felt that grabbing her or pulling at her would be a form of Excessive force as well. It's like you said, its a technique learned in the police academy and that's the one he chose.

But on the cops behalf, the lady was warned several times. And I have had a run-in with a cop. But the difference is that I would do what the cop asked me the first time and wouldn't resist and wouldn't act as if what he said wasn't important, like she did.

 

Well, with all that has been said, I don't believe the girl will give any fight if she's pulled over again, that's for sure.

dude all I have to say is I am against steeda all the way. I hate when black people use the race card so explain everything. Like white people dont tazer white people? Besides, the cop could easily feel threatened. The tazer being pointed at her should have been enough, she deserved it. I would comply with an officer even if he was not holding a tazer gun to me. The simple fact of the matter is she was trying to milk them for money in a lawsuit probably. Why else would she cry and moan like she did? Driving with a suspended license is another stupid thing this lady has done. And the final and stupid act that started this all was the whole speeding with a suspended license! There you have it ladies and gentleman. I am not racist at all, I think there are 2 different types of black people and 2 different types of white people and 2 different types of oriental, and so on and so on. I know plenty of very respectable, very cool black people, as well as white people. I also know white people who are straight up scum to society, just like some black people are, and some oriental. Hell, most Asian people i meet are very friendly, same with black people and white people, but the fact remains there is still scum from each race that you will encounter. I personally think racist white people are scum, black and white people in gangs are scum, people who act ghetto when they are not (no financial or area reasons). Hell the thing I hate the most is these kids in my school, they live in a rich town, they're parents bought them new cars, and they act ghetto and hardcore and to top it all off, they are white. Like wtf dude get over yourself, you grew up rich, your not ghetto whatso-ever. I'm getting a little sidetracked, point is I would definetly have tazered her. You say how threatening can she be? How threatening can a woman with a knife/gun be? ask yourself that.

 

That is hilarious! The lady was told about five or six times to step out of her vehicle and she doesn't listen. Then her reaction to getting tazed was rediculous lol. She was flipping out, not that I would be a little shocked if I was tazed. At least she knew it was coming considering she didn't listen.
