It wasn't bad luck, it was ricerism.

 

I would never do anything like this in the middle of the street, but bad luck is bad luck no matter what you do, you could go 15 over speed limit - wrong place, wrong time and get halted like this ... and thats what i meant in the first place.

 

Im sorry, that was freakin hilarious.......and to top it off, he's bangin out........can we say dumb**s!!!!!!!!!
