So, I've been planning for a while now to go out and have some fun in the rain... It finally rained a good amount today! I grabbed my old bullitt wheels, with the factory rubber and threw them on. By time I got out to have some fun sliding around (my excuse is that I'm practicing... I do need it ) it had stopped raining and all the roads had dried up. I didn't have enough space to do what I wanted so I just tooled around a little bit... The burnout at the end would have been longer but I didn't want to have to ride home (20-25 min ride) with a blown out right rear tire if I could avoid it.

Also I apologize for the music being too loud in the very beginning, I wanted to have it fade to being quieter but windows movie maker can only do so much

All the footage you saw there was all I did that day. I've never left marks on the pavement anywhere before, if it's any indication of how I treat my stang the rest of the time. *shrug* I know it won't last if I beat on it like that, but it's pretty rare I get out and do something like that.

and andrewclark, it WAS wet, but it all dried up by time I drove out to where I was gonna practice sliding... so I figured why the hell not... I wouldn't dare do this with my new tires... they cost way too much.

Edit: ...and I'm still yet to hit the rev limiter with my stang... I usually stop around 5500 RPM, not even redline.

Bummer... missed the sound of my exhaust I'm surprised at how well this camera captures audio for being at least 12 years old [&:]
