That was so beautiful it brought a tear to my eye.

 

That is a pretty stupid comparison. The Cobra was probably at about 450-500 rwhp and the srt was at maybe 300. the cobra was most likley a low 12 high 11 second car. The srt-4 wasn't rice at all. it had no ugly body kit etc. yea its a slower car but it would beat the hell out of your 5.0. For what they are they are pretty decent cars.

 

That SRT4 would not beat the hell out of my 5.0.

 

I was talking about the original poster. All i was doing was trying to make a point that the race was kinda stupid because there is no wat the srt could beat an 04 cobra with that little amount of mods. a freind of mine has a stage 3 srt that runs low 12's and soon to be high elevens, is that rice?

 

My opinion of "RICE" is not just having stupid looking body kits, andsilly wings.But also when you start your car, it sounds like a souped upweedeater. Loud , but can't get out of it's own way. How muh money has your friend put into his "RICER" to get it to runlow 12's???

 

Well he has put a pretty decent amount of money into it . It has a pretty decent sounding exhaust on it that doesn't sound like a weedwacker. AllI was saying is that people go around calling 4 bangers rice when some are not. I am building a ford2.3 turbo tha will run twelves fairly cheaply in a 90 mustang coupe is that considered rice?

 

the srt4 comes 240 stock now twin turbos comeon hands down the motor in the str4 is a nissan motor so its rice
