These mini guns are awesome. For the life of me, I can't remember the model #, but I fired on a few times While at Ft Campbell fro a certain unit that uses them. They have 2 buttons, red and black, black being 4,000rpm (rounds per min), and red for 6k rpm. It was mad fun. We were swooping down through the valley firing these while other birds were above firing 2.75" rockets down. DAMN that was some fun ****!!!

 

Dogpizza not to **** you off but... you're wrong, Apache's don't have 6 barrel 20mm cannons on the front. It's actually an M-230A1 30mm cannon.

yeah they do, aside from jsut hearing about it, ive seen it on tv and one of the "Orange County Chopper's" bikes was with the comanche theme, and they had pictures and stuff of it

Dogpizza, I don't want to flame but you should get your facts straight before posting... the Camanche program was scrapped several months ago. They did make a few but the devolopment was costing to much with to many delays, So the Army (and marines I believe) scrapped the entire program so, nope no camanche's will ever fly in combat.

 

yeah i know they deffinately werent gunna go into combat, i wasnt aware of them scraping it, but i was just saying how they were made before. well sorry for the troubles

 

no troubles, I understand why you posted that they made them... they did make about 8 test models.
