347 with Paxton NOVI 2000 13-15psi. All can do that, all it takes is time and money.

26X10X15 MT slicks, yeah only launching at 2500 - 28000 RPM with foot brake only. The car makes a lot of power down low. If I launched any harder, I would definitely have to get Wheelie bars. Overall not bad considering I have not built anything in 25 years and my 2 helpers, (son and son-in-law) did not even know how to change oil before we started.

what kind of torque converter are you running? and why dont you want to go with the bars? that thing would reallt siht and get if you launched her hard with some wheelie bars!! im not as fast as you (or as light ) but i was launching around 3200 before, and my dad ran the car last week with the new tc, but launching at 4000, it just smokes the tires...looks like its time for some slicks here too.

those 60s are really good yanking it up like that! did you have any idea that it would do that? your post in S&S seemed very surprised.

The TC is TCI 3500 RPM stall. With foot brake only (no power brakes or tranny lock) you can only hold it to about 2800 at the line.
I was surprised, I have the car tuned for race fuel and 93 octane by use of a boost retard. We have been running the car on the 93 octane setting. on that setting it had been doing what you see in the first run, left side up a foot or two and right side just up. Before this run, I filled it with race fuel and changed the setting to on the boost retard to the race fuel setting. I knew it would leave a bit harder but, it is hard to describe how much harder it left. It was still climbing when I let off.
