this is a mac timing adjuster that will fit the 96-04 mustang gt's. ran this on my car for about 6,000 miles until i got a dyno tune. To be honest it doesn't come with the new crank bolt but it does come with everything else. I don't know if the stock bolt will work but if it won't you can pick one up on at a local hardware store for a few bucks.
