Go to "User CP" at the top left of the screen and go to "Edit Options" from the menu on the left, then scroll down to messaging and click the box that says "Enable Private Messaging."

I appreciate the offer, but for $300 I'll just keep them and have something to run in the winter. I wouldn't even be able to get a set of stockers with tires for that around here.
