Hello everyone! I have been a huge mustang fan my whole life. I finally got an immaculate 96 GT last year. It was fun at first and I love it, but as we all know the non PI 4.6's are not the best. I bought the car bone stock for a great price, I couldn't pass it up. Since then I have put a Mac cai, a C&L upper intake plenum, Mac off road x pipe, and a magnaflow exhaust. I love the looks of the car and it is perfect inside and out, so my plans are to do an engine swap. This is where I need some help, there are so many options out there. For the money I will spend buying a stroker kit and heads and cams, I figured I would just buy a crate engine. I've looked at D.S.S, CHP, and FRPP. I have also looked at buying a low milage non PI motor and stroking it, putting heads and cams and adding some boost. what should I do, pushrods or modular? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated and I look forward to being a member of this site.
