I'm fairly familiar with message board pic posting protocol, but I'm new to this forum. What's the efficient way to bring small pics into my sig/avatar here? Do I just use the URL and they resize automatically, or is there a submission process with the mod?

 

go to the my profile section scrool down to avastar click to add or change. you will have to reduce it yourself. i used paint to do it. just keep reducing it untill it accepts it.
