no pics?

Why is it every time i try to include a pic with a post it wont let me. It says server not responding?

The picture is most likely too big(file size)
The max size for a picture (uploaded) is 250k
if it's somewhere else on the web it can be any size
just place it in between [IMG][/IMG]
