Starter Problems?

Starter Problems?
I have a 1989 Mustang 5.0 and i just replaced the old starter. After i got the new one on i tried to start it and the starter wouldn't disengage. I've change the selenoid by my battery and it still does the same thing. Any ideas why its still doin it????
