I am the new proud owner of a 2004 Mustang GT!!!!!!! I am 29 years old and live in Huntsville Alabama. This is my very first sports car. I have had it for less then 24 hrs and am lovin it. My dad had a 65 mustang growing up and when I told him I got the new one he was pretty jealous Anyway nice meet you all.

Welcome. How many miles have you put on the car already? The first time I bought a "NEW" car I drove it 200 miles the first night. I'd probably take a vacation if I got a new mustang.

I wish I could drive more then I am but I have only been able to put 60 miles on it so far. I am getting married next weekend plus I am active duty Air Force so I haven't had time to really enjoy it yet.

I live next to an Air Force base. The F16s fly right over my house. They're loud but, man, they're cool. We're lucky to have a base, it's about the only good thing about this town. I wouldn't have many intelligent people to talk to if the AF didn't move people here.

And let me tell you it is really different from a 118 hp 4 banger S-10............lol

lol... thats for sure. I went from a F150 with a V6 to my stang and the bang is so much better! I love my car. I have said it a million times and I will say it again, I wouldnt trade it for anything in the world!!!!! Welcome to the group and take care of that ride. (P.S. Im active duty army at Ft Hood Tx and just returned from Iraq)
