hey all. just purchased my 2nd mustang and decided i'd join the site to, if anything, find parts/swap info. I'm a young guy and just getting into cars, but heres a rundown of my cars:
-1980 mustang: 200 straight 6 cylinder, 4 speed. this is my newest purchase and my major reason for signing up. someone has already done some work to this car (AR rims with meats in the back, skinnys in the front, flowmaster, msd, window tint, etc.) but thats not my type of stuff and i'd like to see if i can make this car really run KEEPING the stock motor.
-1989 mustang lx: 2.3 aod. this was my backup car when my honda would be in the shop or dead. eventually a rod bearing tap became more than just a tap and the motor locked up. eventually will be a 5.0 project.
anyhow, theres my rundown.
