Default Hello all

I just bought my first classic pony. 1967 coupe. She has 20k on the rebuilt 289 30k over.......edelbrock intake, holly 4 barrel 800 cfm, edelbrock heads......20k on the rebuilt c4 AT, 9in rear end. New suspension. Bought it from a friend of a long time friend cause his wife says he has too many toys.

I have ALOT of work to do, everywhere I look there is something to be fixed. I hope you guys are easy goin, cause Ive got more questions than I can shake a stick at. I know alittle about the mechanics of the thing, nothing about the body work. Rear quarters, top (gonna get rid of the vinyl) short floor pans, the hood is aligned wrong, all the interior is shot, need a different driver side bucket........

I figure this will take a couple of years, but she's worth it.

Any ideas on where to start? Im thinking floor pans and disc brake mod, then media blast. My wife is all about not having a multi colored stang...........good for me and my new bad habit. I wonder how much I can do myself, and which book is the best for a dummy like me?

Thanks guys

heres Alice:
