Hey, my name is Kevin (aka chase017). I'm a 32 yr old coal miner from London KY. Been a huge fan of Mustangs since I was a kid, and now that I'm going through a divorce I've decided its about time that I should have some of the things that I want . My Mustang is an '02 V6 in Laser Red with Black detailing. Everything is pretty much stock right now, with the exception of the rear bumper which is obviously from a GT as it has cutouts for dual exhaust (hehe, less work for me . I have been checking into places where I could find help with project ideas and such, and already know that I am at the right place. Most of my mechanicing expirience is from working on diesels and heavy equipment, so I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions before it is over. If anyone on here is pretty local to me, it'd be great to hear from ya. My best bud lbill05gt is gonna be doin his intro post soon, hopefully we can get some combo pics soon... Welcome dude. That's some dark azz tint.

 

Thanks for the greets, and thanks SikGT... I think lol. Yeah, the tint is a good bit darker than I am used to and I don't do any backing up at night with them up, but I plan on adding blk stripes and matching the windshield half the way down. I think it will all tie in... anyone think that might not mesh well with the black fin?

I dunno about the stripes... I feel like it's hit or miss with those, either they look real good or real bad... perhaps the stripes would be too much. Personal preference though. What about some rims?

 

thanks for the feedback II 98 GT II. At first I was all for stripes, but after thinking about the fin and having never seen any stripes on a Laser Red (that I can think of). I guess I should try and get someone to doctor my pics up and see how that looks.

As for wheels, was really leaning towards 18" black Bullits, but since I'm not positive about the stripes yet, I will have to look into other options with and without stripes.
