I've been posting for a few weeks, but now that I have my wheels, I figure it's time for an introduction!

I live in Sterling VA, and this is my first Mustang.

I'm 25. I don't know much about how engines work, and I know even less about how to work on them. That's something I want to change, and I intend to use my new 'Stang in that effort. Hopefully with some help from you nice folks?
I've only had my new stang since the 31st of August, but I'm already in love with it. It's no wonder these cars are so popular.
My last car was a 4-banger Nissan Sentra SE-R. It was totaled when a guy ran a redlight and plowed into the side. I limped away, and am convinced the car saved my life. Now that I have my 'Stang, I tell people that "if there's ever a next time, I'll be fast enough to get out of the way!"
If anyone has any tips, I'd love to hear'em.
I'm also looking for a good Mustang club in the local area (DC or VA-Sterling area). Any suggestions? I'm not really interested in racing, though.
