Default Check engine light (LEAN)

Hello, I'm a new comer and hope to learn more about the 5.0 and to get help with some upgrades I've tried to do on my own. I own 95 GT. Has anyone had the check engine light come on after doing header (MAC 1 5/8"), h-pipe (MAC Prochamber), new O2's, PCV, and cold air intake installation? It says that there's lean mixture left and right banks and that the SPOUT circuit is grounded. Adj. fuel regulator set at 42psi. Air/fuel gauge reads .14 at steady acceleration, .9 after letting off, then down to .03 after coasting a while. I don't see any lines off. Any ideas or experiences like this?

you might have already thought of this, but when i did my exhaust on my 96 cobra the light came on. they make a product which are MIL eliminators that will possibly turn the light off for you. they hook into your o2 senors. they are like 30 bucks. hope this helps. I am new to the forums too. good luck.</P>
