Hello everyone. I'm 29, work in the auto glass industry and am a volunteer firefighter. Currently I don't have a Mustang, I have a 00 Jeep Wrangler. Hopefully next week it will be sold so I can buy my friends Mustang. I've been reading the forum here for a couple weeks now trying to expand my knowlege of cars, mustangs in particular. All I ever had were chevy cars to play with when I got my licsense. I can tell ya anything ya want to know about a 97+ Jeep though. Anyway, just wanted to say hey, be prepared for stupid noob questions. [sm=icon_cheers.gif]

Welcome to the forum. Plenty of good info here.

And don't worry Rach.. there is no shortage of off-roading to be done in Florida!

Thanks for the welcomes. Jeeps are fun and offroading is a blast. I'm just looking for a change. Here in Pa it's getting increasingly difficult to find legal places to wheel. Most of the time it's a 2+ hour ride to legal trails. CJ-7's are pretty cool. I've always liked the 5's too. Here's a link to some of my Jeep pics. Dial up beware... click me

Hey grimace, welcome to the boards, I have 1998 jeep wranger. Go check it out. The pictures of me are a year old so dont make fun of me to bad. I was a solid 205 in those pics, now im 220 and going ^ . BTW, the jeep looks exactly the same now, Ive only put 3000 miles on it sense ive had it. The lift and everything has less than 2000 miles on it.

Looks good man. Swamper SSR's are a good tire. What rear axle do you plan on swapping in? I put a Dana 44 in mine, Detroit locker and 4.88 gears. Goes pretty good now. Ford 8.8's are getting to be common swaps in Jeeps now...imagine that.
