hello every one
new guy to this forum, but not to others. i'm a 60 year old lead foot who has owned a few very nice stangs, a 65 notchback, a 66 gt350, a 69 mach 1. 79 turbo. a 85 gt very well warmed over. and now a brand new 07 that replaced my 05 ford super duty sc. swb 4x4 powered by a warmed over v10. and a lot of other now very costly cars and trucks. all but 3 have been fords. 1 was a 63 vett z06, " purchased brand new and sold in 2004" and 2 dodge lemon aid trucks
i have been a moderator for ford-trucks.com and am still one for fordsuperduty.net. and work part time for levelten performance. levelten transimssions here in NJ.
i spent over 42 years of my life as a mechanic for ford , and vw as both dealer and a factory feild techs. raced nhra since 1962. in gas and fuel classes, ran the bahia 1000- 2 times. back in 1973 and 74. used to ride harleys and a few other brand road racer bikes till the reason for selling my super duty hit home a very bad spine. and total disability.
at any rate it's good to know about a mustang forum and hope what is in my head can be shared with people who need help.
