I'm still hoping to get some help about what type of gears are standard in a 88 5.0. . I'd really like to know before I change my gears. Also is their something I can get to replace my catalyk converter or can I take them off hone them out and put them back on. Thankyou for your help in advance. I've checked with some local ford dealers and they couldn' tell me what gears are original because they say their books don't go back that far(sounds like a crock of sh** to me)
