Default Unidentifyable sound

I've got a 1997 3.8L Mustang 60,000 miles with a low-pitched squeal nearly each time I slowly inch out of the garage, NO foot on brake, or pull away from a dead stop. My brake lining and rotors are great and I'm not applying the brakes when this sound occurs anyway. What am I dealing with here? I never seem to hear the sound when the Stang is going above 30mph, only when it is moving very slowly, like from a dead stop.
