Default N00b from Germany (US ARMY)

Hi guys/gals,

I am 25, almost 26, Married for almost 7 years ( in April ) and have 2 children...a 5 Y/o Daughter, and 3 month old Son. I spend a lot of time on my local site mightymustangs.net , and also on militarystangs.com ....anyway I wanted to introduce myself.

I am in the Army, stationed in Germany. I work Avionics on Helicopters and have been in for almost 8 years now.
I am from South Jersey, but if you ever met me you would never know...lol

I got started in the mustang world by chance...I was trying to buy a truck after I blew my mercedes up, long story....but could not get approved for the loan to get the truck. I bought a 97 GT instead. Since then I have been OBSESSED with Mustangs...lol

I have owned two 90 GT's, I sold the first one to buy the second one that had a 331 stroker, twisted wedge heads, vortech renegade S trim blower, custom cam, built rear, and now has a TKO 600 in it...I sold it after My wif found out we were having another baby...

then I sold the 97 GT to get a 65 coupe for my wife and recently, just traded a 91 F-150 to get a 64 1/2 coupe for me...the 65 is a virgin, minus the exhaust, but mine was a 6 banger, now has a 302. And yes, all these cars were bought in Germany.

I have been to the desert once, and will be going again soon.

so that's my story.here are some pics her old wheels

Welcome to the forums. Nice cars, I bet they are in great mechanical condition if they pass the german mechanical inspection which oobviouslyuthey did since you have the USAREUR tags. There was another guy from germany with a newer model Stang asking for help in germany to install a supercharger (i think)..perhaps you can hook him up. Check out the previous posts.

Hey Redneck, great story. It's interesting to see those North American cars in Europe.
