Hello all. I've run across this forum many times while searching online for things soI figured I might as well join. I'm 21 from Kansas City and am currently on my second mustang. My first was a 1995 V6 that I ended up plowing into a deer with. I was always ashamed of having a V6 because they have no power, so I looked around and found my current baby. I now own a 99 Cobra. I've only owned it for about 2 months so the car is still stock, aside from the new clutch I had put it (yes I killed the old clutch). Anyway that's me and thats my car.
pretty sweet car....engine looks immaculate....any future mods planned for it?
I saw it advertised in the paper and they wanted $9,988 for it. I figured something was wrong with it so I went and test drove it, everything was fine. We got back and I popped the hood and just about **** a brick because it looked flawless. They even put it up on the lift so I could see underneath the car. I had no problems signing the papers then. The first 2 things I want to do are change the wheels (those alloy wheels aren't too impressive) and change out the exhaust. The dealership changed the exhaust and I know they went with the cheapest set up ever. Just some stuff they fabbed up themselves. The tips don't even look good let alone the rest of the system. I just need to find what sounds gonna sound the best before I throw down the money for it. My cousin works at a performance mod shop over here in Kansas and said Corsa is a new brand who has been putting out some good stuff. I'm not sure if I should try with them or go with the other regulars (MAC, flowmaster, borla, basani...) Any suggested would be appreciated.
