Hello everyone
I just bought my first Mustang and my second 66.

I've nicknamed her Project Rustang because this car is more rust than car. Thankfully I have some experience with rusty cars. My 1966 4 door Nova wasn't nearly as bad as this one but she also has a good deal of problems to fix.I'm gratefulthere are so many more parts available for the Mustang, I won't have to fabricate patches.
Right now she's a 6 cyl automatic. My plan is to build a restomod, v8 manual by the time all is said and done, more than likely it'll be a few years time.

Hi Kenny, welcome to Mustang Forums!
Looks like you have quite the project to get started on! That's half the fun right? Come on over to the classic section, there is a ton of information there for you to search. If you can't find what you are looking for, post a question. I can almost guarantee that someone will be able to help you out!
Good luck!

Thanks for the welcome messages. I've been wandering around the classic sectionlooking at all the information. I've already learned a few things about this car and what I should look forin the restoration.
I'll see everyone out there in the forums, and thanks again for the welcome
