hello, first forum post EVER. I have an 86 mustang GT. it seems to run perfect for a couple days then starts bucking like a horse, I then need to remove the timing plug and run without the computer, tillI can reset the timing, has anyone had this problem or know what it might be causing the car to lose timing. The car is totally stock with about 125k miles on it. Thank you

Search the stickies! could be IAC, or dirty MAF, prob not the timing, if it were, unplugging the spout would not help a whole bunch. The spout plug basicly disconnects the computers ability to adjust the timing in response to the sensor readings.

sorry computer was messed up, and was on vacation, I get a code 81 and apparently the pipe going from the diverter to the cats is broke, bought one of those repair kits for pipe, didn't help
