I have a 1994 Mustang GT. It has power seats and recently the seat would only go up and not down. It would go forward and backwards without a problem. The lumabr seat also worked just fine.

It turns out that the electrical wires under the seat must have had a short or did not function correctly as the mechanic told me. I installed a new wireing harness and changed the fuss for the seats.

Now the seatwillgo up and down without a problem and it goes forward without a problem but it will not go backwards!

Does anyone have any suggestions?
