At wot it pulls hard until 4000 ish and then falls on its face real hard, so I shift her up a couple to third { does it in all gears} and cut the key off and then back on and then it runs like a raped ape.... any ideas?

 

The car also runs a bit rough through out the rpm range, timing is at 15 so maybe Ill back it off a little?.......
