Yeah I'm new and have the same problem. I don't get how people can get huge pictures into their signatures.

I've noticed that when resizing I had a little problem too. I'm not sure if it works for all image size restrictions (but for the avatar), the 145 pixel restriction should display 144 since that is the max. 145 is too large.
Me thinks it's a bug in the forum software.

So my suggestion to you, is for whatever size you're trying to make your images, go 1 under the size.

200x200 ?? go 199x199.
It should solve your problem.

So if I took a pic on my digital camera how would you resize it to those specific dimensions?

So if I took a pic on my digital camera how would you resize it to those specific dimensions?

You have to open up an image editor on your computer, and resize it there.
ie. Adobe PhotoShop, Jasc Paint Shop Pro, The GIMP.

You can actually resize an image on paint. Get your image on the screen, then go to image, stretch/skew, and resize it there. Then save it and post it.
