Hey folks - just want to intoduce myself as a owner of a 69 Mustang converitble v8 351. I am lookin to resore this car. However, would like to start by the engine - </P>


1st off any suggestions on how to increase the current: 290 hp</P>


Anymec shopin the Southern California arethat anyone would rec?</P>

not sure, hey is it stock? what's the 0-60 and 1/4th? BTW welcome!

I am in the LA area - I am looking make this think into a muscle car, not fro drag, but just enough to be a little - just a little scary powerful.

make sure you test the 0-60 on it sometime...

im in the OC area, on beach theres this little vintage ford store, ive only been once, but im sure they have the hookups with some good stang mechanics

headers,2.5 inch exhaust,600 holley,high out put coil,3:55 gear</P>


if wanting to go interal here a list</P>


500 lift cam install cam 2 degrees advance</P>


220-225 duration @ 050</P>


rhode lifters this will help with vacuum</P>


flat top forged piston</P>


alum heads or rework org. heads to include bigger valve with the pro flow design</P>


port match heads and intake</P>


2500 stall convertor is automatic</P>
