Another nembie.....
Howdy y'all.....decided it was time to join. I have an '04 SVT vert... A Screamin' Yellow beast that is an absolute joy to drive. I had it for almost a year and so far have been able to "stay under the radar"....not that I'm a total idiot, just a little bit of a go fast freak. I haven't done too much in the mod department .....yet. It looked as if the Ford had this 4.6 suckin' air thru a straw so I replaced the factory breather with a MAC kit. I have a Diablo programer but have yet to plug it up. Waiting to put a few more miles first. Over the Christmas holidays I put a set of Eibach Sport springs on. Did it myself in about 8 hours. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!!! Worth every busted knuckle. The next mods on my extensive list is to put a set of 4:10's in the rear and install a roll bar (not a light bar). Tires and wheels are some where in the future.....just have to decide on the wheels. Most are "pricey" so got to get it right the first time. Later....
