so i guess ive been around on this site for awhile and seen lots or awsome stangs, and read LOTS of usefull info! so thanks a mill. guys oh and a few ladies! (god i lovecar chicks!) so yea i bought this 88 gt 5sp from a guy in MN last december. the car was pretty much bone stock justeibach 2" lowering springs/camber plates, and ford installed 3.73 gears, mp3/cd player and infinity componet set. i was pretty pleased the car might be from the salty north but its been garaged ever winter by the only 2 previous owners and i ,as well dont forsee this car getting snowed on..ever since ive got it i removed the stock exhaust and went with full 2.5" stainless X-pipe from the still stock headers all the way back with some jegs cheap mufflers, its not loud or anything but i wasent looking for noise and unwanted attention from our ticket hungry cops around here...at the same time kinda had to do the smog pump delete which was planned anyways, K&N cone and pipe temporarywhen ido the MAF conversion then ill go with a better intake, 130amp FORD alternator not the cheap imitation "high output" ones, tinted the windows 5% in the back and "state law" (donny baker) like 70% light trans on the front, steeda alum. clutch quadrant with firewall adj..idk its nothin special other than super clean and orig paint yet oh and the dude had installed the clear front lens b4 i got it. i plan on elec fans next then the MAF conversion. let me know what yall think!
