Then look for a 94-98 GT with low miles, they willl go for fairly cheap and have a nice amount of pick-up.

1999-2004 are everywhere and you can get pretty decent deals especially last day of the month. Dealers just want to get you out the door that day with a car due to insurance. Check online and see how long a car has been sitting on the lot. Watch their faces light up when both you and the dealer find the right price on that day. I've been through two Rangers and don't regret it a bit. Ford has won me over. But I don't miss them either. I love the stang. My girlfriend and I both have one now. Plus mustangs have a huge selection of aftermarket parts and addons. The fun doesn't stop. Oh God, I've become a comercial!!!
