A used 03 cobra will not run you more then a new GT will.
That's problably true if you can find an '03 Cobra under 26K. The catch is the financing. If you don't have enough cash for a down payment the '05 is easier to finance than an used '03 Cobra. Don't get me wrong, I love to have a '03 or '04 Cobra, but when I got my '05 I wasn't even looking to buy one. I was in the right place at the right time (the '05 available exactly how I like it at sticker price - $26,580 back in October) and I love the new retro look and how comfortable it is. I know some people here don't like the new look and are very vocal about it but it is a Mustang and can't argue with the fact that most dealers can't keep the Gts in the showroom floor for to long. So far it is a success among the entusiasts.

Thanks guys. Well I can afford the GT, maybe the STi, but not much more.

1fast05GT, the one I test drove was identical to yours. Quite some car.....

Wanna see me in the car I REALLY want? http://www.gagme.org.
