Thanks for the welcomes!

I do have pics..
The day after I got it home.. it HAD a straight six in , and the car sat in a garage under an apt complex in NY for 8 years.. the car STARTED!!! lol! but didn't live long since, I ripped that motor out. lol!

it needed some minor TLC but it's fixed.. driver side frame rail from leaking break fluid rusted..

The six is out.

The goods.

me installing the bumpstick.

semi put together.. Have to put the intake on it, and adjust the rockers. and new oil pan.

I swapped out the tail lights. I had to patch the old holes and make new ones.

the intake......

I have kooks custom headers, custom x-pipe, and dumps (need to be purchased) I have welded in the tourque box reinforcments (uppers and lowers) Subframe connectors, and upper and lower rear control arms. The tubular k-member and front suspension is in, just need steering. I have the fuel system just need to plum it, and I have to put a sump in my tank... I also converted the 1/4 windows to late model ones, I still need to replace the doors, and the nose with an 86gt or lx nose (might convet to 90's fox, not sure yet) and a 4" hood.. almost there.. then I can go out and blow it up and start all over. lol!
oh and sorry for pic sizes, I can't resize from work.

Thanks! yeah, it's an ongoing project.. it started out with my 87 gt, but cancer got the best of that car.. sad really, I miss that car.. but, this one is a great replacement since it's a no option coupe.. should wigh in around 2600lbs when it's done.. nice and light. lol! but, it will be used mostly for street, probably see very little track time since the only class it could go into would be a real street class.. but that's fine by me, I get to beat up pn the little ricers more. lol!
