I purchased a new 07 GT Convertible last week. Before I sealed the deal I noticed a door ding which they fixed with the paintless dent removal. I also noticed some very minor barely noticeable spots on the leather seat that looks like an ink stain that they agreed to correct. After looking the car over all day long and finally getting it home I noticed some other small imperfections in the front bumper.I'm not sure how I didn't see it after looking at it all day...but somehow I overlooked it. Luckily they have agreed to fix it all, but the front bumper is going to require paint work.

Honestly I'm not too happy that my brand new car is already requiring paint work. What would you do? Would you make them give you a new car? Let them do the paint work and then decide?

 

Let them fix it. When I got my black vert, the back bumper was smashed in (Apparently some one backed into it or they hit a pole)...the dealer put a new one and had to paint it to match... of course. Then I noticed a ding (that required paint) on the hood. So they fixed that too. They shop did an excellent job and I could not be happier. 1 yr later and I am still happy. So, get it fixed and move on. That's my opinion..since you asked. Welcome, BTW.

Thanks guys. They did an awesome job. You can't tell any of the damage was ever there. I installed my SLP Loudmouths last night and I'm getting the windows tinted today! WOOHOO!
