Lifter tap? Not really sure with the 4.6 though. However, that's what it sounds like to me. Obvious question but I think I'll ask anyway. Have you checked the oil?

Yeah after I got it I changed the oil and watched the oil level to make sure that it wasnt too much in there. I also changed the plugs and check spark on all wires thats all good but the tap still there and sounds to be in the middle of the engine

A similar noise(clicking or taping)at mid range RPMswas heard on my 88Gt. I replaced rotor cap and plugs & wires and it did nothing. Then I adjusted the timing and I could red line the RPMs, but rarely I will hear it sometimes. Don't know if this is your problem, but thought I let you know.

Well mine taps even during idle...what happens is when I start te car it will run fine then after a few minutes the oil warms up and then it taps...I can rev the car and the tap will stop in certain rpm ranges but then at idle full time tap and higher rpm`s

Flexplate or an Exhaust Leak if she still runs pretty good. And if its a Flywheel (or flexplate) then you don't have much time left, you will need a new one. I say take it to a mechanic.
