Im a Cali guy with 1 96 mustang gt. Got 18" bullitt rims, k&n cai and flowmaster 40s. I want to know how to get my car as much hp as i can while keeping it street legal. Also would like to know how to lighten its wieght.

Welcome! I would do a PI swap and supercharge for hp gains. To lighten your car up a bit you could get light weight rims, take off front sway car, rear seat delete, lighter cowl hood, etc.....
