sup all damn didnt know about this forum and ive been a stanger for years!anyway had a 94 GT and a buddy totaled it. dagger through the heart yeah

have a 96 now and am thinking about swappin engines contemplating a used low mileage cobra modular if too many miles then rebuild actually that would be better because then all the guts would be aftermarket. gotta love those SVT's i thought about tweaking my GT motor but it has too many miles and the 4V will have much better results i think the time and money investment will be worth the looks on the faces of people that getroasted by my GT/Cobra sleeper hehe. I actually was going to put the classic pony side decals so peeps think i have a 6 cyl.thats always fun.

but yeah i started puttin a couple mods onme 96 bout a year ago but decided to stop and save fer that engine swap put the 4.6 in my wifes F-150 throw that 6 cyl. away.

anyway hello all im sure you'll hear alot more form me lol

ok well roush stage one is all exterior work as im sure you already know. ive looked around other forums for chev, dodge etc and they have no clue most of em anyway. example: lol, clowns

www.srtforums.com/forums/showthread/t-16060.html

a roush exteriorwith a tricked cobra motor?? i think thats a pretty good combo i live in the land of riceburners and everyone here in so cal knows that a body kit doesnt mean s**t it just adds to the aesthetic quality not to mention that i absolutely love the roushkit i initially wanted pull a 351 W out of a crown vic but that could get much more spendy i just need to be able to compete with late z28's and SS's and then ill be happy i might just rebuild and enhance my GT motor but there really arent too many mods like cams and stuff that will give me more boost other than a blower or some heads obviously i havent even put underdrive pulleys on it yet cuz it has 100000 miles and i just wanna rebuild it with some aftermarket pistons, crank, port & polish etc. also, the valve tapping is driving me crazy.

alright perhaps the term sleeper was an understatement however, my comments were moreso geared toward the guys who have the late Z28's, SS camaro and vets all of which have a corvette motors the camaros being detuned they are quick even when they are stock and everytime im challenged by one they think the mustang is a joke hehe we'll see.

Hey,

I got a stock stang, 87 5.0 (like in my sig bellow) and I dont think its fast at all. I mean dont get me wrong. Its not slow, but I wouldnt call it speedy. And out of what Ive read and seen they can be turned into monsters. So maybe the term 'sleeper' is more appropriate just due to the potential they have, not so much for what they are by default.
