Hi all, just bought a 2008 Shelby GT in Vista blue number 1220. What a beautiful car. Janie my wife told me to buy at soon as we saw it on the showroom floor. I used to race mustangs, Corvette'sand Camaro's whenI was in my 20's growing up in Omaha Nebraska. The Corvette club hosted slalom races in big parking lots at the time. No tracks anywhere back then. It was great fun. I owned a 1970-1/2 Z28 then with all kinds of mods. I got married and sold it and have spent the rest of my life riding motorcycles (mainly Touring bikes). It was time to do something different so here I am. I live in the Atlanta area so if any of you know of any get togethers around here please let me know. I have 4 kids between me and my fist wife and 5 grandkids. I'm a young Grandpa at 51.Driving this Shelby makes me feel younger again even through I'm in great shape.
