Hi, I'm new here and understand that there is a hotline to check on my '05 GT order. My dealer is telling me nothing except "wait, we'll call you". Can someone please give me the hotline number and what info they need to check on it? Thanks.

You will need the following info (and also use the automated line.. this is really for dealers only)

- Dealer Code
- Order Number
- Body Style (v8 Coupe = T82)
- Year

Thank you, thank you. First I was told 8 to 10 weeks, now my dealer is telling me 12 weeks. It's already been 9 weeks (ordered Jan 11).

You should be able to enter the Ford site, then look for the contact us link. At least you can get an e-mail into them. Maybe they will answer your question, or give you the hot line phone number.

 

Welcome to the forums. Wish I could help ya with the hotline, but i don't know. Good luck finding out the info on your car and when you get it I am sure that you will love it, I also have only heard good thing about them. Good luck and enjoy!!

 

It is my understanding that Ford pulls the orders only once per week (Thursday nights) so using the 800-962-3746 may only change a status on Friday's. I don't know if calling multiple times in a week will get you anything more than 1 week old data.. However when you are luck enough to have a VIN or build date already, it may update more frequently..

Keep us posted.. It still has mine listed as "Clean and Unscheduled"
